OMV awards supply base contract
OMV has awarded NorSea Group AS a five-year contract for the provision of supply base services. The agreement has options of extensions up to four years.
The frame agreement will secure OMV with logistics and warehouse services for minimum five years and includes all supply bases operated by NorSea – from Stavanger in the south to Hammerfest in the north. The contract is awarded on behalf of OMV operated licenses on the Norwegian continental shelf.
“The coming years, the company will carry out many offshore operations from exploration to project execution. NorSea will provide supply base services to these activities”, says Managing Director Knut Mauseth in OMV (Norge) AS.
The total value of the frame agreement is estimated to about NOK 300 million. The agreement is effective from April 1, 2021.
